SESSION RETAINER: In order to confirm your portrait session, the session retainer is due in full. This must be received within 3 days of completing this agreement, and/or at the time of the reservation.

This retainer includes:
• a pre-session consultation to discuss your needs
• a photo shoot at the studio, your home, or another location

The retainer is non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING: Christina Maria Photo will gladly reschedule if something unforeseen shall occur (i.e., illness, transportation issues). Please call at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.

WEATHER: In case of rain or severe weather, the studio reserves the right to postpone the session, but no more than 2 weeks from the original date.

RECORDING DEVICES: *NO* cameras, mobile phones, or smart devices are allowed at sessions, or at ordering sessions.

PRICES: The charges in this agreement are based on the Christina Maria Photo price list. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.

ONLINE GALLERIES: Session images will be uploaded to your password protected gallery within 2 weeks after your session. When images are uploaded to the gallery, the gallery will be open for ten (10) days. The order must be placed within that time.

Orders placed within first 7 days of gallery activation receive an 'early bird discount'.

ORDERS: All orders must be paid in full at the time of the order. All sales are final. Our studio accepts cash, checks, and credit card payments.

PAYMENT: Payment is due, in full, when your order is placed. Payment plans are available, per request. Portrait orders will be ready within 3 weeks of payment receipt. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final.

RESHOOTS: In the unlikely event that Client is completely dissatisfied with the final results based solely on personal preference, Photographer will reshoot at a 25% discount from the original session fee. Client is then able to order prints from the second portrait session only. In the unlikely event that the finished product from a portrait session is unusable due to technical problems, (camera failure or exposure problems), Photographer will reshoot at no additional charge.

DIGITAL IMAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Any digital images purchased through Christina Maria Photo will include a usage license. Copyright remains with Christina Maria Photo. The usage license allows for:

• unlimited image printing
• file sharing with friends & Family
• Upload files to the web and or photo sharing sites
(watermarked images only - do not crop out logo
or alter image in any way)

Please do not:
• sell the images
• alter the images
• use the images for any advertising or competitions
• redistribute the images for profit in any way

NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: All images taken by Christina Maria Photo are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs or videos elsewhere without the photographer's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Images may not be reproduced or altered in any way.

IMAGE USE: Christina Maria Photo reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication or other purposes. The Client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend Christina Maria Photo in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of Christina Maria Photo.
